Everybody's noses are just a bit different. Some folks have said our scents are heavier, others like them just how they are. Due to the nature of the majority of products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, if you don't like the scent you selected. We are unable to resell these products.
If you are unsure about a scent, see about purchasing one of our sampler packs. Items that are returned to us, without any prior communication or authorization, will be rejected & returned automatically by the U.S. Postal Service.
Damaged Items or Missing Orders
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit (or gets lost), please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly send you a replacement one. In the event of limited edition scent/product, you will be offered a choice of refund or store credit.
If you have placed an order that has not yet shipped, and wish to cancel that order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
