This soap is suitable for Vegetarians; Palm oil-Free, Phthalate free and Paraben free.

Ingredients: Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Water, Oryza sativa (Rice Germ) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide*, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Fair Trade Organic Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil, Fragrance, Sodium Lactate (Vegetable Derived), Kaolin Clay, Skin Safe Colorant (Mica, Tin Oxide, Titanium Dioxide), Activated Charcoal, Kaolin Clay, Locally-Sourced Cera Alba (Beeswax), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract.

*Wait... what's this sodium hydroxide thing? That's lye. Lye + Water + Oils = Soap. I know people get nervous about chemicals in their products, but believe me:  No actual lye remains in the soap after it is made.  Once the ingredients are combined, the lye is gone. Other makers of handmade soap will sometimes say 'saponified oils'... saponification is merely the chemical reaction of lye with the oil. Commercial and glycerin-style soaps will use formal chemical names, like 'sodium cocoate,' which is simply the chemical combination lye & coconut oil.

**Local pickup is available and shipping will be refunded, if written in the order notes.**
